3.2  No Guarantee.  No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

3.3  Your Responsibility.  You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

4. Cookies and Tracking

4.1  What Cookies Are.  Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us operate the Website, remember your preferences, keep your cart and login active, analyze Website traffic, and enable certain Website functions.

4.2  Technologies We Use.  The Website may use the following third party technologies: Cloudflare, for Website delivery, security, and aggregated traffic statistics (Cloudflare Analytics); Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Website; Google Ads, to measure the performance of Dataflow’s advertising and to present Dataflow’s ads; and Adobe Fonts, to display text on the Website. These providers may collect device and usage information, such as your IP address and browser information, when you visit the Website.

4.3  Your Choices.  You can choose to accept, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Declining cookies may affect the functionality of the Website, but you will still be able to browse and purchase products. You may also manage Google advertising through Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4.4  List of Cookies.  A summary of the cookies and similar technologies used on the Website appears in Section 15.

5. Third Party Links

The Website may contain links to third party websites, such as our social media pages, for your convenience. Once you leave the Website, we have no control over those websites. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide to third party websites.

6. Sharing Your Information

6.1  No Sale or Advertising Sharing.  Dataflow does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes.

6.2  Service Providers.  We may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate our business and that perform services on our behalf, including our ecommerce platform provider (Infigo), payment processors, shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx, email and communication providers, accounting and collection providers, and the analytics and Website service providers described in Section 4. Service providers may use information only to provide services to us.

6.3  Legal Requirements.  We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dataflow, our customers, or others.

6.4  Business Transfers.  Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6.5  With Your Consent.  We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

7. Managing Your Personal Information

7.1  Account and Preferences.  You can update your account information and manage your communication preferences at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting us.

7.2  Marketing Emails.  If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing emails, click the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any promotional email we send, or contact us. We will continue to send transactional messages about your orders and account.

8. Your Rights

8.1  Requests.  Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request its correction, deletion, or restriction under applicable law.

8.2  Verification.  We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. We may retain information where required or permitted by law, including as described in Section 10.

8.3  No Discrimination.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right available to you under applicable law.

8.4  How to Submit a Request.  To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 16.

9. Payment Information

Payment card transactions are processed by a third party payment processor. Dataflow does not receive or store full payment card numbers. The processor’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In most cases, customer information is retained for seven (7) years following the last customer transaction or interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our legal interests. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

11. Data Breach Notification

If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate government authorities as required by the New York Information Security Breach and Notification Act and other applicable law.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for business and adult customers and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals or Global Privacy Control signals. Because Dataflow does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes, these signals do not change how we handle your information. You may use the choices described in Section 4.3.
